8. Data We Collect Through This Website

When you submit the membership/contact form we receive your first and last name, company name, designation, mobile number, email address and LinkedIn profile URL. When you subscribe to updates we receive your email address. This information is sent by email to the TEC office and is used only to respond to you, process membership and send the updates you asked for. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare, the membership form is protected from spam bots by Cloudflare Turnstile, form emails are delivered through Resend, and website usage is measured with Google Analytics. These providers process the data on our behalf.

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle your request and membership, and delete them on request. You can unsubscribe from updates at any time by writing to us.

9. Your Rights Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023

Technology Entrepreneurs' Council is the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through this website. You may ask us to access, correct, update or erase your personal data, withdraw your consent, or nominate another person to exercise these rights. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing done before the withdrawal.
